产品介绍

 Estrone (E1) 是一种天然的雌激素。Estrone 是内源性雌激素的主要代表,由多种组织产生,尤其是脂肪组织。Estrone 是脂肪细胞中雄烯二酮芳构化过程的结果。

熔点:258-260℃

沸点:445.2℃ at 760 mmHg

比旋光度:158 º (c=1, dioxane)

外观:白色结晶性粉末

溶解性:DMSO  :  25  mg/mL  (92.47  mM;  ultrasonic  and  warming  and  heat  to  60℃)
H2O  :  0.1  mg/mL  (0.37  mM;  Need  ultrasonic)
